How does GIFTYMO.COM handle SHIPMENT- RETURNS and REFUNDS ?

Our products are manufactured and shipped from the USA. Shipping is free for purchases within the USA. Delivery within the USA can take up to 3-5 days using standard shipping. However, GIFTYMO.COM is not responsible for delays in shipping. Delivery times for international shipments vary by country, and delays may occur. GIFTYMO.COM is not responsible for any such delays. Shipping fees are charged for international deliveries, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs and customs fees that may occur, which vary from country to country.

Our products are printed on demand, meaning all products are unique and made to order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not accepted if the customer orders the wrong product or changes their mind.

GIFTYMO.COM is not responsible for products damaged during shipping. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, such as a defective printed product, GIFTYMO.COM will reprint the product free of charge and ship the same product to you if you contact us within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us via email and provide a clear photo showing the problem. You do not need to return the defected product.

Please note that GIFTYMO.COM cannot be held responsible for reprints or refunds if the customer orders the wrong design. GIFTYMO.COM is not responsible for delivery delays or damage to the product during shipping.
